Terms of Use

Users must use LAAVA only for lawful mortgage broker operations, file organisation, technical review and pre-submission readiness checks.

Each broker user represents and warrants that they have borrower/client authority before uploading any borrower, guarantor, mortgagor, company, trust, director or security-provider documents to LAAVA.

Users remain responsible for borrower consent, file accuracy, lender policy checks, compliance obligations and final submission decisions.

LAAVA does not create, alter, complete, or embellish borrower evidence. Source documents remain the broker's original evidence files.

Users must not use LAAVA to generate borrower declarations, accountant letters, income explanations, payslip corrections, application answers or any other borrower evidence.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or affected by unreadable source documents. Users must review all outputs before relying on them or sending any material to a client, lender, aggregator, solicitor, accountant or other party.

LAAVA may suspend accounts that abuse the service, upload unlawful material, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
